Kiddie Kat's

Kiddie Kat's is licensed in the State of Florida through Hillsborough County (#FHC 432043.  Kiddie Kat's opened for enrollment on February 9, 2009. 

Our Business Goal

No later than January 2011 a facility is planned to be opened in the Brandon area.  This new facility will accomodiate children from 12 months to preschool and will be operated as an all inclusive child care center.  All children will be together (there will be no seperation).  The literacy center, arts and crafts center, and the music center will have individual instructors.  There will be at least two other qualified providers assisting the children in the other 4-6 centers.  Children will be group by developmental growth and will be able to teach the younger children or to learn from the older children.

A fundraiser will be on going to assist in the cost of opening the new center.  All donations will be tax deductible and greatly appreciated.

Who We Are

I am the owner and primary provider, Mayme "KATHI" Collins.  I am a parent of a very well rounded and well educated 17 year-old daughter.  I previously ran a home daycare in Chattanooga, TN, but have honestly been working to support my child since she was 6 years old.  I am now able to work from home "Nurturing our Future."  Children have always been a love of mine.

I prefer not to have more than 6 children at a time.  I focus on structure, education, and respect.  I do this in a way that a young child can enjoy.  I am always looking to better myself through education.  I currently, and continue not to stop, take classes at both HCC and USF.  I feel they will better the education that I offer your children over the courses that are available online
